| In keeping with our mission
as performing artists, sprung was also dedicated to the research of
style and the physical training of theatre artists. We offered workshops
to students and professionals of all levels of experience drawn from
our training at L'Ecole Jacques Lecoq. The workshops attacked challenges
of theatrical space and ensemble creation and were presented as laboratories
in which each participant is pushed to tap her own creativity. Through
rigorous physical preparation and play they prepared students to find
and refine the tools with which to create a theatre that is passionate,
exciting, and playful.

Our workshops were offered independently and through universities
and theatre companies.
