And I

"an anthropological dig into the male psyche . . . Hilarious . . . Each scene is like the physical equivalent of 'Who's on first?' - Sherman is a physical comedian bar none."
- Chicago Tribune

"Critics' Choice . . . subtle, hip clowns whose every tiny gesture communicates . . . engrossing and hilarious."
-Chicago Reader

"Don't Miss! This whizbang movement piece by three game clowns makes nonstop nonsense seem heady."
- Time Out Chicago

Having finished a trilogy of pieces centered on romantic companionship and its effect on others, sprung launched in a new direction, continuing what was strongest from our previous shows while exploring territory we'd never entered before as a company: clown.

This is not a clown show. But we explore elements of clown such as the continual failure to comprehend just what it is that’s happening and the sense of highly eccentric personalities that somehow speak to us all. We explore these and more and see what happens when they encounter structured movement.

The result is deeply silly and touching exploration of masculine behaviors and what it feels like to learn how to be yourself.
